Our marketing and account management web site is address is: https://www.tellisign.com. Users will be directed to our CMS at https://cms.tellisign.com to author and manage content, playlists and displays. Both sites use the same account information and do not require separate registration.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Media
Your media that you upload to the TelliSign site can only be downloaded by players you or your organisation (if you have an organisation-level subscription). If you have an organisation account other users accessing the CMS you may wish to avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. It is assumed you will understand the purpose of uploading content to the server is with the intention making it visible to others, possibly including the general public depending on location of your screens.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your personal data with any 3rd-parties. The only data that is shared is the content that you have provided and published to screens, player or review devies. It is your responsibility to ensure these devices are cleared of any data if these assets are transferred to anyone else.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website for purchases or access to the free subcription, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any personal data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
